All items are shipped via USPS Mail or FedEx. If ordering only needles, shipping is $2. US orders over $150 ship for free.
Most orders are processed within two business days. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
We welcome orders from Canada and ship orders from the United States via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping times average 6 to 10 business days.
All items ship for $6-$29 depending on size. If ordering only needles, shipping is $2 for 1-3 packets and $6 for more than 4.
International orders ship via USPS Mail starting at $29. Total shipping is based on number of items and weight. Shipping times average 6 to 14 business days. Most orders are processed within two business days. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Fine Leatherworking is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Fine Leatherworking is not responsible for mail carrier delays and we cannot offer refunds on packages that are still in transit, unless they have been declared lost by the carrier. In this case, we can offer a refund on the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping fees (since these go directly to the shipping carrier).
Can I Get a Refund for My Order?
We stand behind our products and will accept returns within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied. Returns are accepted for unused products only.
In order to initiate a return, please fill out the return form with your order details. Alternatively, feel free email us at email@example.com for instructions.
We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs.
Make sure the returned items are carefully wrapped and please get a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost items coming back to our warehouse.
